Each month, adults 55+ meet at Heritage Market Grill, 7th Floor, 2759-109 Street, for a delicious meal of soup, sandwiches and dessert ($10 per person).
As well, time is taken for warm, friendly conversation; singing of favourite songs; and inspirational testimonials.
